Developing a website that is relevant and important to users is a tough challenge. Most webmasters understand how to design a website but are having difficult times keeping users interested in their content. Offering something that is unique in content or a presentation is keeps visitors interested returning to a website. The design of a website helps visually. However, design is not what keeps people coming back or even telling a friend.
Guidelines for websites
Google has done yet again another great job trying to organize the World Wide Web. Google publishes guidelines for webmasters to follow when designing their website. However, some “webmasters” do not know about these guidelines and there are webmasters who understand them but do not follow them or try to trick search engines. Penalties for not following search engine guidelines means exclusion from their servers and their index.
