Results of survey
The findings of our survey will be presented in two categories:
- Customer Demand
- Company Supply
Customer Demand
A great accomplishment in the survey reveals that most respondents are thinking about a creative website idea. Our data shows not only completing question one from the survey but also answering question two in great detail. See figure two for more information.
More than 80 percent circled a., b., and c. from our survey (highlighted in yellow) indicating there is a moderate to high demand for business, and personal websites. Highlighted in turquoise was about 11 percent and the remainder of nine percent was interested in hobby, contractor, and resume websites. When completing this survey, 34 percent of respondents felt an instant need to get more information regarding the survey and left contact information.
Company Supply
One of our main goals in the survey was to reveal that most respondents are willing to pay an average of $300 to start their creative website idea. Our data shows these averages in the following chart. See figure three graph 1.1b for more information.
To calculate these averages, we highlighted our supply correlation in green and our demand correlation in tan. We then added the sum of all numbers from the beginning to the end of both correlations and divided by the total number of respondents. For each respondent has a value of price and quantity. Furthermore, we are continuing to follow up with respondents about their website ideas and make a connection to actual market price.
CONCLUSIONS
Based on our survey findings, Trampeed Money Inc. will use the following conclusions regarding our current web design system:
- All respondents from malls, stores, and other places of businesses have not little knowledge about website design and prices in the current market.
- Most respondents know little about web design and other features that go along with a web design service company.
- Awareness of company services in the current market are known, yet past year marketing and advertising has failed to bring in customers.
- Respondents, of this survey wanted more information regarding web design and web design features.
- Respondents, of this survey were comfortable when asked survey questions and had no problem interacting in a mall environment.
RECOMMENDATIONS
From the finding of Survey 1.1 and conclusions of this report, the following recommendations are set forth in a controlled effort to improve our web design service and customer knowledge of the benefit of owning a website system:
- Increase customer awareness of web design incentive programs and bring new innovative ideas to market place.
- Enhance company visibility through low cost advertising and creative marketing strategies.
- Show company logo and slogan on all web designs, t-shirts, company car, forms, surveys, and business location.
- Open new business location in high traffic areas that engage customers to our web design management service.
- Recruit students when business is growing to build new web design projects.
