If our clients are not making money with their website then we have not satisfied their needs.
Weaknesses
The competitive market of web design is over saturated in both local and global markets. For example, a web design firm from Lansing Michigan places online advertising with yellow pages, super-pages, and just about every other .com that does advertising online. The Michigan company does advertising in all major cities through the United States taking up key advertising location for local markets that the Michigan company is not located in. We do not have the working capital to do nation wide advertising campaigns. One solution we have thought of is to use the search engines to index our website to provide organic search results by city name, zip codes and keyword market research.
Opportunities
There are many opportunities for growth and company profit. Generating local based leads through our quotes forms and providing information about web design the internet community is what we do best. Increasing advertising while focusing on target marketing will greatly help our profits grow within the next year. Our focus within the next six month will be proving web design training videos through our website and article based submissions to help other business owners develop a relationship with our company. Threats

Through observation homestead has used Google Adwords to advertise their company on popular website bidding above the competition. However, this threat can be neutralized by advertising on small website that the company has missed. Changing technology is always important in web design to insure our customers get the best service possible. Furthermore, we do not have working capital to upgrade our technology annually. Moreover, we will continue to update software and used appropriate design techniques that will help us over come these challenges.
