We have surveyed our customers, completed supply and demand charts, and recommendations that will conclude our research on web design market conditions. Market failures are not an option for our new company. Our primary surveys and research indicates a low to moderate demand for web design. Moreover, market conditions have created a hard entry point for our new web design business. We must implement incentive based programs and prospective government contracts to improve our market outcomes.

Purposes of the Report
The purposes of this report are to (1) determine Trampeed Money Inc. full market awareness, (2) recommend incentives to reach customers in the local Milwaukee area, (3) improve relationships with government contractors, agencies, and associations. Trampeed Money’s web design system is organized to respond to consumer needs in website design management and SEO services. Our responsibility is to offer incentives to increase business to business productivity and business to consumer efficiency.
Market Entrance
Market entrance will judge whether or not we will be a successful company and the invisible hand will lead us to use our resources more efficient in the future. The cost benefit of starting our business in 1-3 local malls will be effective by reaching the most customers in different areas of Milwaukee. All survey and business respondents had an idea for a new website or business venture. However, most respondents did not know the current market value of a website and were unfamiliar with web design services.
Recommendations for Market Entrance
Based on our findings from our survey of 100 respondents, we offer the following recommendations to increase market share and company revenue with our web design system by doing the following:
- Increase local business knowledge of web design services through telemarketing.
- Develop on incentive program to gain participation through an advertising newsletter.
- Open 1-3 business locations and hire part time employees to inform customers.
Increase business website store fronts by advertising and handing out flyers.
Government can sometimes improve market conditions
Government grants can stimulate small business growth and help improve economic market failures. The economy rewards businesses that can produce a product or service that others are in demand for. We believe our company is ready to take on the challenge.
People respond to incentives
Incentive programs will be made to benefit our customers. Our cost benefit is below the average for website construction prices, but competitive with the overall web design market. Starting June 1, 2008 we will introduce these incentives to customers and businesses:

These promotions should encourage new customers to get a website. Trampeed Money Inc. is a member of the Better Business Bureau and promotes the BBB seal to show to our customers that we encourage satisfaction. This Government agency will enforce rules that would benefit our customers and help meet their needs.
CONCLUSIONS
Based on research and our survey findings, Trampeed Money Inc. will use the following conclusions regarding our current market entrance, how people respond to incentives, and how governments can sometimes improve market outcomes:
- Government offers small businesses incentives to stimulate economic growth through the SBA and BBB.
- There is a direct relationship between government and small business to achieve the same common goal of moderate growth and introduction of incentive programs.
- External Market failures may impact one persons actions.
- Government can form new policies for economic efficiency.
- Invisible hand may help ensure our market entrance into a very competitive market.
RECOMMENDATIONS
From the finding of Survey 1.1 and conclusions of this report, the following recommendations are set forth in a controlled effort to improve our incentive program and customer knowledge of the benefit of owning a website system:
- Increase customer awareness of web design incentive programs.
- Enhance company visibility through creative advertising and incentive promotion to community churches, schools, and associations.
- Show company logo and slogan on all web designs, t-shirts, company car, forms, surveys, and business location.
- Open new business location in high traffic areas that engage customers to our web design management service.
- Recruit students when business is growing to build new web design projects.
Recommendations for Advertising in Economic Recession
Based on our findings from our research and statistics, our researcher Stephen M. Jacques, will make the following recommendations to increase incentive web design programs for small businesses and offer free business plans to business owners when they get a website design from Trampeed Money. We will use the following advertising methods to target small business owners: (1) Increase newspaper advertising, (2) Develop monthly payment plans for affordable web design, (3) Train business owners for long term success using our free business plan, and (4) Increase business awareness practices in a changing economy.
