The purposes of this report are to (1) determine Trampeed Money Inc. full market awareness of consumer web design demand and (2) recommend ways to enter local markets in the Milwaukee area. Trampeed Money’s web design system is organized to respond to consumer needs in website design management and SEO services. Our responsibility is to fill the requirements of local market demand and ensure a proper solution to consumer needs.
A survey was conducted at three major malls; Mayfair Mall, South Ridge Mall, and Brookfield Square Mall. A total of 100 individuals participated in this survey which accounted for 33 percent from each mall and one outlier.
Web Design Systems
All survey respondents had an idea for a new website and knew what features their website would have if we could design one for them. However, most respondents did not know the current market value of a website and were unfamiliar with web design services. Our results indicated a moderate need for website design and a strong education for web design services which includes service price.
Our results show that web design demand is increasing and more web design education will be needed for our future customers.
Recommendations
Based on our findings from our survey of 100 respondents, we offer the following recommendations to increase market share and company revenue with our web design system by doing the following:
- Conduct 100 surveys per week to increase knowledge of web design services.
- Develop customer incentive program to gain participation through advertising.
- Train new clients on web design systems and develop long-term relationships.
- Increase business to business platforms about business website store fronts.
